Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of several tree species and is used as an aromatic condiment and flavoring additive in a huge variety of cuisines. It is greatly used in many healthy dishes by fitness enthusiasts and its benefits are huge.Adding cinnamon to any dish gives our metabolism a boost. 


 1) Cinnamon helps to a great extent in managing the symptoms of type 2 diabetes and also        decreases high blood pressure to a great extent.
    It directly affects the muscle cells and forces them to remove sugar from the blood stream      where it is converted into energy. It is even more effective than most prescription                      medicines available in the market.
